		<description><![CDATA[Just over two decades ago, South African leader F.W. de Klerk declared an end to his country’s apartheid. The nation has come a long way since then, even hosting this summer’s soccer World Cup. As South Africa opens further to the world, its companies are doing the same. But they have little interest in slow-growing Western markets. They’re much more interested in fellow emerging nations, especially on their continent. For instance, last year, China – with its huge demand for raw materials – displaced Germany as the country’s biggest trading partner. So far, they seem to know exactly what they’re doing.
