BAD EXPERIENCE @ LULULEMON
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN
I had bought a top for my daughter for her Birthday in Aventura, FL, and when she tried to exchange it for a different size, they REFUSED, because it was just outside of their 14 day return policy, which appeared ambiguous to me, and it was a GIFT. They failed to put a Gift receipt in the bag with the top, and the sales girl well knew it was a gift, because I requested it be gift wrapped, which they CANNOT DO either.

Customer Service, I do not see it, even after I spoke to their corporate offices, they still refused to accept the exchange. Hopefully, this blog will send them a message that customer service comes first, and would have been more profitable in the long run.

For me, I will NEVER BUY any LULULEMON again. You might not want to either if you support me and real customer service.

LULU's own MANIFESTO clearly states "Friends are more important than money", and clearly "THAT'S A LIE".

General Motors' financial recovery has continued in a big way through the first quarter of 2011, states the Detroit Free Press. The $3.2 billion in profit exceeded the average projection by 100 percent. Sales of Ally Financial and Delphi Automotive boosted GM profit by $1.5 billion. I found this here: General Motors Q1 profit fueled by consumer incentives.

"...draconian House spending cuts of $61 billion..." Spare me! With so-called discretionary spending at over $1.35 trillion (thirteen hundred billion), we're talking proposed cuts of less than five percent of that total.
The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit today ruled that APP Pharma may appeal the patent exetnsion granted to the Angiomax patent. APP's opening brief is due in 30 days. Apparently within the next several months the briefing will be complete in advance of a Federal Circuit decision on whether the Angiomax patent has expired or is entitled to the extension. Any thoughts on how the fact the appeal is moving forward will impact the stock price in the short term?

Yes this is true internet is best source for any communication or transaction. It will also be good for investment in emerging markets. But the only thing is that one should be careful while making any financial transactions online.

This is the success of india to have a great share of ZTE.To become successful in India Motorola should be adopt a strong strategy, because the government of India has decided to allocate spectrum for the WiMAX network together with 3G technologies.

This piece does not point out that as CTI continues to seek approval for pixantrone in the US, it will also file for approval in Europe. Target filing date is this quarter. Also, as of this date there are no FDA-approved therapies for this patient population at the line pixantrone was initially filed for. Finally, CTI shareholders recently approved increased shares which allows the company future access to capital markets when needed, extending its runway for pipeline development.

I am a homeowner whos commercial construction loan on my primary home and a speck home is being sold. BBT is offering no solutions for me. We are making all payments and have a renter in the speck home. We are now being forced to turn over both homes to BBT. Doesn't seem fair when BBT is making money off our interest only loans. So much for the banks and government wanting to keep homeowners in their homes. We had our home appraised and it came in $100,000 less than it cost to build. (less than $50 a sq ft.) BBT will not convert the home to regular financing. Anyone have any suggestions? I am a real estate agent who sees everyday what is going on in the market. I am not sure why a bank would do this to a homeowner who is paying. We are being punished for problems that the economy has created. I guess there will be 2 more homes on the market that will not bring what they are worth bringing the market down more. Does this make any sence to you?
