(ENDP) Endo Pharmaceuticals – PEG Ratio Also Shows a Bargain at 0.7

Endo Pharmaceuticals (ENDP) continues to trade at great valuations and have plenty of earnings momentum.

Company Description

Endo Pharmaceuticals makes branded and generic drugs to treat and manage pain. The Pennsylvania-based company has about 1,200 employees and a market cap of $2.6 billion.

Still a Great Value

Estimates surged after Endo reported its quarterly results in February, now projecting 12% growth this year. The Zacks Consensus rose 31 cents on the news, to $3.17.

Shares of ENDO are exchanging hands at just 7.5 times this years estimate. The PEG ratio also shows a bargain at 0.7 times.

The Chart

Endo’s share prices had been soaring until a sell of in late March, which came on no news. However, with the fundamentals and valuations still looking good, investors are using this as a great buying opportunity.
